Richmond Icon Living

The Owners Corporation (OC) committee is elected on an annual basis and is charged with the overall management of the Richmond Icon building (with the exception of the ground floor commercial leasehold). It conducts strata committee meetings on a regular basis and  holds an annual general meeting for all lot owners to attend. The OC committee is dedicated to a solid set of provisions on the capital fund to cover future repairs and asset replacements as and when required. It is dedicated in its duties to provide a high standard of living environment for all residents.

The OC committee strongly believes that the Richmond Icon building should build a sense of community at all times where residents, family & friends are able to use its facilities provided. Richmond Icon wishes to become the benchmark for inner city living in the "World's most liveable city", Melbourne.
